Our home inspection gives you a powerful marketing tool to set your home apart. We point out repairs that you may wish to make before you put your home up for sale. Your home inspection will include a visual check of the following items:
· Exterior - Grading, drainage, sidewalks, driveways, siding, decks, porches, steps, railings, patios, and roofs. · Foundation - Basement walls, slab, crawl spaces, drainage and water problems. · Plumbing - Water supply, drain & vent lines, water heater, faucets and fixtures. · Electrical - Service entrance, main and sub-panels, GFCI circuits, proper grounding, and service capacity. · Heating - Heating system, distribution system, heat source in rooms, controls, chimneys, and vents. · Cooling - Cooling system, distribution system, controls, (excludes window or wall units). · Attic - Framing, type and amount of insulation, means of ventilation. · Interior - Walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, counters, and stairs. · Garage - Walls, ceiling, overhead door, door opener, safety stop, and slab. · Appliances - Dishwasher, disposal, range, refrigerator, and exhaust fan. |
