Homestead Inspection Service (a division of Homestead Associates, Inc.) exists to improve the home ownership experience by educating our customers about their real estate investment. This is accomplished by providing a thorough top to bottom inspection, followed by an itemized review of the written report. We specialize in first time homeowners, taking time to explain the findings of the inspection and answer any questions related to the repair and upkeep of their new investment.
I am Jeff Fuller, CEO of Homestead Associates, Inc, and Homestead Inspection Service. I am trained and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, am a Certified Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and am qualified to give you an impartial, third party opinion on the condition of your new home. I have conducted inspections all over the Twin City metro area and outstate Minnesota since 1999.
